Because flowers are seasonal and availability can vary, we may occasionally need to substitute certain blooms. If we do, we’ll always choose flowers of equal or higher value that match the original style, color, and feel of your arrangement—so it arrives just as beautiful as intended.

Of course you can! Let us know our preferred flowers and color palette. We will do our best to create an arrangement to match your vision if the specific flowers are available.

What if I'm not happy with my flowers?

We want you to love your flowers! Because flowers are perishable, we do not offer refunds. If something is not quite right, please reach out within 24 hours and we will replace your arrangement!
